We are a group of chocolate lovers who happen to teach all about chocolate
The Chocolate School has been in Indonesia for over 11 years. Being part of PT. Freyabadi Indotama, we are a team that has a combined experience of 100 years in chocolate-making and pastry. Being one of the first chocolate schools in Indonesia, we are proud to have played a part in popularizing modern chocolate techniques to food entrepreneurs, foodservice professionals and home cooks.

PT. Freyabadi Indotama is also the producer of Tulip Chocolate and Embassy Chocolate, which are use used by foodservice businesses across Indonesia and Asia.
