OUR STORY

The Chocolate School was founded in 2011 by
PT. Freyabadi Indotama, the largest chocolate manufacturer of couverture and compound chocolate products in Indonesia.

We are a chocolate-based food education center that trains the next generation of chocolate, pastry and bakery artisans.
